Textbooks, Packages & Access Codes

Return Policy:
Physical textbooks and course materials may be returned for a full refund with receipt through the first week of class only.

Rental Returns:
Rentals are due on the last day of class for each term.

Condition Requirements:
Items must be in new condition. Shrink-wrapped items must remain sealed. Books must be free of markings, damage, or wear.

Prepaid / Out-of-Stock Orders:
Orders must be canceled on or before the return deadline to receive a full refund.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers must maintain accurate contact information, including email, phone, and address.

Communication Consent:
Completed transactions authorize the bookstore to send reminders and communications via email, text, and phone.

eBooks may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Standard textbook return deadlines do not apply.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
